A-PDF.com's ppt2pdf is a software utility program that easily converts PowerPoint files into .pdf files compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5 and up.

With one click, users can select a PowerPoint file for conversion and then select the option "Convert to Acrobat PDF" to launch the PowerPoint conversion tool ppt2pdf. The control panel is simple to use and allows for making adjustments to output settings, including adding security to the file, adding permissions, adding bookmarks, and defining the appearance and size of the converted file.

Once the output settings are defined, they can then be saved as defaults for expedient processing of multiple PDF documents.

Selecting the "Convert to filename.pdf" option will then create the PDF file using the customized feature settings and will then save the newly created file in the same folder as the PowerPoint file.

Another very useful feature is the drop-down functionality of the Print and Changes Allowed options. The first lets users designate low- or high-resolution output, and the latter defines the permissible changes to the document, including insertion, deletion or rotation of pages; filling in form and signature fields; and adding commenting.
