Simply download the Foxit Reader zip file and set Foxit as your default PDF reader.

Once the default is set, Foxit automatically opens your PDFs inside Internet Explorer.

If you want to print the PDF just click on the Print button. You can also specify the page layout for printing by choosing the Print Setup from the File menu.

The PDF reader can be used with Firefox as well, but users have to uninstall Adobe Reader. Afterwards, Firefox will launch the PDFs in a new Foxit Window. This is a good thing since there is a known loading error with Adobe Reader in Firefox.

With the latest version, users can search and find text in PDF documents as well as select and copy the text.

Foxit doesn't offer all the bells and whistles of Adobe Reader, but the biggest bonus going for this PDF viewing utility is speed and ease of use.
