This week, Surado Solutions released Surado Web eLeads, an integrated CRM solution that allows for data to be captured and then routed internally. As customers inquire through a company's web site, the system is able to automatically create contact records and follow-up activities by designated account manager. The company says its tool will be able through the automation of these tasks to reduce the lead response time and cost and provide a more immediate response to customers’ needs and inquiries.

Sundip R. Doshi, Surado's CEO, stated "With Surado Web eLeads, our customers can capture leads; distribute them to the most qualified representative; create reminders for follow-up based on sales methodology; auto populate fields in Surado CRM; create a sales opportunity for Forecast Management; link the lead to a Contact Group; redirect leads to a Channel Partner or automatically respond to the person making the inquiry. The best part is that all of this is done automatically within seconds of capturing the lead from a Web site."

The new Web eLeads program includes an eLeads Rules Manager, which enables an automatic response to a customer's request for information including providing electronic brochures and other literature as needed. The eLeads Rules Manager also allows account managers to generate follow-up marketing activities based on online requests.

Web eLeads is available as an add-on module to Surado CRM.
