On Thursday, Sacramento, Calif.-based iRedSoft Technology Inc. released Batch TIFF Resizer 1.40, a specialized batch processor that resizes and converts single and multipage TIFF image formats.
The resizing application was designed to batch-convert large file documents for document archival.
Batch TIFF Resizer 1.40 is priced at $45.

Trèstech Releases AutoEmailPDF 1.0
On Thursday, Canada-based Trèstech Inc. released AutoEmailPDF 1.0, which reads a document that is printed to it and then automatically e-mails the printed document to the intended recipient without the need for the sender to fill in the e-mail address, subject or a message body, according to the company.
AutoEmail PDF 1.0 does not require Adobe software and can convert files from Word, Excel and several accounting packages to PDF files. When e-mailed, the PDF file can be received and viewed intact with existing content and formatting on the recipient's computer.
AutoEmail PDF 1.0 is priced at $34.95.

Softland Updates NovaPDF Alternative PDF Solution
On Thursday, Romania-based Softland SRL released NovaPDF 1.2.
New features in this release include speeded optimization for large TrueType fonts, an updated help file and minor bug fixes, according to the company.
NovaPDF 1.2 converts printable documents into PDF files and enables password protection capability in 40-bit and 128-bit encryption.
Users can customize paper size and output options, including resolution, font embedding, and compression of text and images, according to the company.
NovaPDF is priced at $27.
