Together, Pen&Internet's riteForm recognition solution and Anoto's Digital Paper streamline forms recognition.

Calif.-based Pen&Internet LLC, a developer of advanced electronic ink and handwriting recognition technologies, and Anoto, a developer of digital paper, pen and server technologies, have formed a partnership to bring a new solution for handwritten forms to market.

In an effort to streamline the recognition and processing of handwritten forms, the two companies are building a solution using Pen&Internet's riteForm recognition technology combined with forms produced on digital paper that allows users to capture and store handwritten data through the use of Anoto functionality.

"Together, Pen&Internet and Anoto will offer an innovative forms processing solution to the enterprise market," says Christer Fahraeus, CEO, Anoto Group.
