Software602 Inc., based in Jacksonville, Fla., has released version 5.0 of its Adobe PDF conversion and printing application Print2PDF 5.0 Server Edition.

This release includes a new merge feature enabling users to create a PDF from multiple file types, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Users can also use the Watermark and Stamp feature to insert branding text or corporate logs into the PDF document.

According to the company, the new version also supports electronic signature capability for PDFs and all 128-bit RC4 PDF security permissions.

Pricing for the solution starts at $299.95 for a 10-user license.

Adultpdf.com Inc. has announced the release of Ap TIFF to PDF convert 2.3, which gives users the ability to convert using batch processing, all TIFF files to PDF format.

The program lets users convert both black-and-white and color TIFF files. The solution also features merge and split features for conversion of multi-page TIFF images files.

The release is compatible on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP systems.

The tool is priced at $27.90 and can be downloaded from the company Web site.

On Thursday, Chicago-based Two Pilots released HTML2PDF Add-on 2.1, its utility for converting HTML files to PDF using PDF Creator Pilot.

HTML2PDF Add-on is a library for producing PDF documents using specific HTML code, text file or text buffer, according to the company. The library also supports URL conversion and enables image linking.

HTML2PDF add-on only works with PDF Creator Pilot.

The utility is priced at $199.95 and is available at the company Web site.
