Appligent has announced PowerMerge 1.1, the newest version of its server application for companies that need to fill large volumes of PDF forms for, say tax purposes or combine multiple forms into a single document--many times over. 

“PowerMerge was initially developed to meet the requirements of a leading financial services company and is now available as a commercial product,” says Virginia Gavin, Appligent president. “While performance varies with the configuration, PowerMerge can generate many hundreds of filled-in tax forms a second, which is a big advantage when you are on a deadline.”
